Real Estate Photography Pricing

Our basic packages covers both interior and exterior photography and fully edited images of all photographed rooms. Pricing is based on the square footage of the home that needs to be photographed as follows:

Pricing starts at $200 and is dependent on square footage needing photographed.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES by quotation.

Evening or Sunday appointments are also available for an additional $50. See below for availability.

Obviously, the larger the home, the higher the price. We think it's a fair way to price real estate photography. In most cases your images are ready within 24 hours, however, if we shoot in the morning, possibly even later the same day. This will also vary somewhat based on the square footage of the home.

We photograph homes in the Barrie, Orillia, Midland, Alliston, Angus, Elmvale and Wasaga Beach or Collingwood areas but can also cover Muskoka, The Blue Mountains and GTA for an additional fee.
