Sometimes the conditions all fall into place. I’ve been photographing this location for over 40 years and each time I discover a new photograph. This night was quiet but the colour was loud. The combination was simply breathtaking. 

I come here a lot, sometimes without a camera (rare) just to sit, ponder and ‘Unwind the Mind’, therefore the title of this piece. You can’t much more tranquil and peaceful than this. I love where I live.
