As part of its continuing program of Honours & Awards,
the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC) are pleased to announce that:
MIKE GUILBAULT, CPA, APPO
is a recipient of the
Best in Class 2004
Fashion Award
for Commercial Photography.
Mike's image, titled "Ablaze", was accepted into the National Loan Collection of Photography and will travel on exhibit across Canada along with other top images of the 2004 PPOC Print Salon.
Mike had two images accepted and exhibited in the National Print Salon, judged prior to the PPOC convention by a panel of Master Photographers from across Canada. The competition features entries from every province in many different classes, including Portraiture, Wedding, Commercial, Digital and Specialist categories. Acceptance in the salon earns the maker merits toward several awards offered to PPOC members, including the prestigious Craftsman of Photographic Arts which Mike earned in 2002.
